Will the chatbot know my product prices and stock?

Prices, descriptions, variants, and policies — yes, those are indexed from your store's public pages and refreshed when you re-sync. Real-time stock checks against the Shopify Admin API aren't in the current build; the chatbot answers from indexed product page content. Live-inventory lookups are on the public roadmap.

Does it work on Shopify Plus?

Yes. InsiteChat works on every Shopify plan from Basic up to Shopify Plus and runs on any Online Store 2.0 theme. For multi-store or multi-locale setups, install the app on each store and use a separate InsiteChat chatbot ID per storefront.

Can I hide the chatbot on cart and checkout pages?

Yes — and it's the default. The Shopify app block has a "Hide on Cart & Checkout" toggle that's on by default to avoid distracting buyers during purchase. There's also a separate toggle for the storefront password page (pre-launch stores). Both live in the theme editor settings for the InsiteChat block.
